no mail visible in user defined folders

We just moved from outlook 2000 (english) to outlook 2007 (dutch)
One of my colleges has some user folders in outlook to categorize his mail.
He does that by hand.
Now in most of them the mail is shown correct but 2 of them are 'looking'
empty.
When i apply a filter however the right items are shown.
Also when using OWA all the mails that are supposed to be in these folders
are present.

Maybe a stupid question but how do you do this.

I tried several views from the advanced toolbar but nothing helps

What filter do you apply to make the items visible?
Have your tried recreating the mail profile already?
