no log off, switch users only

I recently did a sys resto-presto:since I cannot log
off the os-I have to switch users for the computer to use
the three commands(restart,shut down,etc..)Help please
before I slam windows throught the window with this
machine?

Check your admin rights on the user that doesnt have the
restart button. SysRestore might have changed your
permissions. If that doesnt help, try to undo the system
restore and see if that fixes the problem. You didn't
state why you had to do a system restore in the first
place, so I cant give out any more advice. If you need
