No language listed in regional optioins and advanced tab

Hi there,
When I went to my reginoal and language options, there is no language
listed under both regional options tab and the advanced tab, not even
English.
I tried to reinstall the language, still nothing showed up.

Any suggestions?

No immediate idea. Is there a "Input local" defined. Are you using a
Administrators group account? What OS? Are you using "classic
view".
