No Keyboard Response

Hello:

I have a user with Windows XP home edition. She setup 5
users profiles. 4 out of 5 users have keyboard
response. The fifth user has no keyboard response. I've
removed the keyboard from device manager. Still the same
results. Does anyone know what is causing this problem
and how to fix it?

Faulty or incompatible keyboard. Have you tried swapping them with one of the other PC's?

Did yuou actually *READ* the question?! How on earth can it be a "faulty or
incompatible keyboard" if it works for 4 users out of 5?! If it was faulty
or incompatible it wouldn't work for *any* user.

In future, engage brain before putting fingers to keys.
