no keyboard or mouse in dos???

Trevor

I'm trying to install a dos based program in XP.
If I set the command prompt properties to full
screen I lose keyboard and mouse function. "windowed"
command prompt is ok but the app. I'm installing kicks to
full screen automatically.
Anyone with some insight?

I am experiencing the same problem. I am runnning brand
new XP Home, and using MS IntelliType Pro software with
IntelliType/IntelliPoint wireless combo. I cannot run two
dos based programs because they don't recognize the
keyboard and mouse. In fact, MS DOS Edit doesn't
recognize the keyboard and mouse either. I too need some
insight.
