no internet with other windows users

I can get online using my first Windows user. If I try to get online with a
newly created user or an old one, it won't work.

I user a linksys router. I have tried not using the router and reset the
cable modem.

I see my connection in Network Connections but when I try to do the Network
Setup Wizard, I do not see my connection in the list.

Please help

Here's an update
I was able to select my connection during the Network Setup Wizard but it
still leaves me with the same problem.

I can only access the internet with one Windows user account.
