No Internet Connection on VPN

Is there any way, setup or configuration needed so I can connect to internet
while VPN connection is up? I am using XP btw.

Yes, there is, but you need to post full details about your setup.

By default, when the VPN is active, all "network" traffic is forced
over the VPN tunnel. However, as previously posted, you need to
provide additional info, especially the VPN software, if you are not
using the XP built-in VPN system.
