No Internet Browser

I can't access my Internet browser. I tried to re-
download internet explorer and it won't allow a new
download. It returns message, internet explorer is newer
version and will not continue setup. I can't find a
single phone number or e-mail address to submit for help.
What can I do to fix the problem.

I have the same problem and have tried everything to get

it to work and can't. If you have another computer and want
to access the internet you can download netscape and burn
it on a CD and install it. It seems to work fine.

Can you repair I.E.
Add/Remove programs/MS/IE repair..

p.s. NEVER EVER give your personal phone numbers on the WEB.

If still no joy what if any are the error message(s)
