I don't seem to have an internets accounts option in Mail in control panel

Apparently, you do, if you are able to get here, and connect to the wrong
newsgroup.
Off the to of my head, look on your desktop or start menu for an item called
"Network Neighborhood" or "My Network Places". Whatever its called, if you
right-click it and hit Properties, you may be able to track down whatever
you're after.
