No Internet Access

I have a cable modem that I connect up to an SMC router with 3 computers.
Two are running XP Pro and the 3rd is running XP Home. Two days ago the
machine running XP Home lost internet connectivity. It is able to
participate in my home network without issue. The two machines on XP Pro are
fine. I have gone to the extreme and formated the hard drive and reinstalled
XP Home to no avail. It still participates completely in the home network
but no internet access so I can't get any Windows Updates.

All help will be appreciated.
