no import on toolbar in mail contacts

I am either trying to share contacts between two Vista Users?

I have tried exporting from one user to a CSV file but when I log on the
other user there is no Import or Export on the toolbar.

Any help would be appreviated.

With contacts copy the files. Or use Winmail to export as CSV (File menu -
Export).

right click on the Contacts folder in the left pane, select Properties and under Customize tab use the drop down list and select Contacts, apply and ok out.

Mike, Thanks for the reply. I am still not sure how this helps me. I have
two accounts, Frank & Pat. Under Frank I share the folder, OK, Now under
Pat how do I set it up so it is available by default. My wife Pat is not a
Computer person. She is 65 and I finaly got her to try email. Chnages are
bad. I need to automate this as much as possible. I can handle this part
and permission. but configuring her account to use the shared file is where
I am having difficult,

I'm not at all confident that two different Windows users can share
the same Contacts file without causing undesirable side effects.

If you are trying to keep this simple, why bother with having two
separate Windows logons? You and your wife can share the same
user login, and still keep email fairly well separated.

you should only have to do it one time.
