No GoBack History Log

Please, I know this is a Symantec problem buy I can't seen to get a
reasonable answer from them.

When I run GoBack it shows I have no points to go back to.
Symantec said (1) to enable GoBack (of course I was working with an enabled
program, duh)
Symantec said (2) turn off Auto Revert (never had it on)

I have no history log entries at all. Any Suggestions?

If it is a supported version, Symantec usually responds within 3 days after submitting their web form report. You did not clarify whether "Symantec said" meant you read one of their support articles or if they actually responded via e-mail. Otherwise, there are Symantec newsgroups you can visit but whether your NNTP server carries them or not is something you'll have to check (I post using individual.net, for now, which doesn't carry the symantec.* newsgroups but Giganews has them).

This is just a guess since I have not used Go-Back in several years.
But if there are no points, there is probably nothing you can do to get them
back.
Perhaps disabling Go-Back, rebooting then enabling Go-Back.
Otherwise uninstall Go-Back, reboot
Check Symantec's website to see if there are tools to completely remove
Go-Back and use them to help be sure all is gone.
Then install Go-Back and see if you can now make and keep Restore Points.
