No From Column In Outlook Express

I have looked at the various items that you can show in the line above the
messages. Subject, size, sent,............
My problem is the from column is blank. the individual message show who the
message is from, but the column is blank

Any clues as to what is causing the sender names to not be displayed?

Tools>options>read>fonts>Western (ISO)

Tools>options>read>fonts>Western (ISO)

Set everything to Western and/or Western (ISO) and changed to the Charter
server instead of the Microsoft server and ---
there they are!!
Don't know how when why or what got the font incorrect......
