No Free Busy Data Available

We are running Outlook 2003 with exchange version 6.5.6944.0 on citrix
version 4 servers. Since we have made this change to Office 2003 none of our
end users are able to see any free busy data for other users - bit of a
problem when trying to set up a meeting. Users just see the message "No Free
Busy Data Available". Can anyone help with this? Cheers John

I would check with Citrix to see if any of their settings affect this as it
works out of the box with just Outlook running.
