No folio or custom paper size

There is no folio or custom paper size on win xp pro. Is there a way to print documents on folio size? I use this size on win 98.
 
Go into the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes.

From the toolbar, select File, Server Properties....and then click on the
Forms tab. You can setup custom page sizes here.
