no files containing true vector

i have recently uninstalled zone alarm free edition but was to re in stall it
again later on, but i i need to uninstall true vector first. i hcant find it
any where ,it isin't in system manager or an other files i have read a lot of
posts on this but i am not very technail so if you can please give plain and
simple instruction if you have any ... this is doing my head in
PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Very simply, True Vector is one of the functions of ZoneAlarm
and is part of vsmon.exe. IIRC, uninstalling ZoneAlarm should
have deleted its entire folder as well, allowing for re-install.
The ZoneAlarm folder can be located by doing a search for Zone
Labs on the hard drive.

TrueVector Internet Monitor service is vsmon.exe. Also called the
TrueVector Service.

\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\vsmon.exe

i have already done this search and checked the service manager and there are
no files on either comeing up
