No Favorites

By some unfortunate keystrokes, I lost my Favorites button functionality (XP
Home + IE8). Now when I click on the Favorites button I get an Add To
Favorites button and a browsing history list. The Favorites file is still in
my docs folder and its properties are Not hidden.
