No Drag and Drop?

Drag and Drop between newsgroups was a very useful feature in Outlook
Express. It does not seem to work in Windows Mail?

It works fine here.
 
Not here, any chance there is an option that has to be checked? I teach
online classes and drag and drop is really necessary :)
