Hi:

I am getting an error on bootup that says, "Windows. No disk. There is no
disk in the Drive F: Please insert disk." Drive F is my main hard drive.
Everything seems to be working fine. I just click Cancel and go on about my
business.

Any way to get rid of that window popping up all the time?

Thanks for your help in advance.

I would enter the BIOS setup by pressing its entry key after the memory count
and find the settings for PnP OS and Reset Configuration Data.

Disable PnP OS so that the BIOS configures the hardware and enable the Reset
Configuration Data.

The latter setting only works once and then disables itself, but after you
have rebooted Windows, go back into the BIOS and re-enable the PnP OS setting
to make Windows act as a Plug and Play operating system.

That might make Windows stop thinking that the F: drive is supposed to have
a disk in it, which it does when you ignore the message.

See this page on the BIOS if you need more info on it:

Enter the BIOS,check the settings.Check the PnP Configurations.
