no device detected

Cocopah

I am unable to choose copy to audio cd onder tools. I
cannot burn because it is stuck on portable device and I
don't have one connected. I have tried reloading the
player and updating it and everything else I know besides
uninstalling XP and everything. Please someone help. My
Nero does not recognise the wma files and I can't burn.
