No Data Entry Allowed

Frustrated Excel user

I am opening the program, but it will not allow any data entry of any sort.
No Numbers no letters and all the menus are not accessible. It was working
just fine yesterday and now it is not..can you help??
 
Is this a new Workbook or an existing Workbook that you created earlier?
