No Current Records - Error Message

I've just created a new database which is working fine. I'm trying to put
together some reports but I keep getting this error message - NO CURRENT
RECORDS. Does anyone know what this means?
 
It sounds like you have nor records which match the criteria for the report.
Have you checked what it should be returning?
