No Control buttons in titlebar

I have a spreadsheet that has suddenly started opening as
a window inside Excel, with no control buttons to
minimise, maximise/restore or close. I also cannot resize
this window. The spreadsheet was normal until last week.
Is there a property or setting that has accidentally been
switched on?

Not to worry. Somebody had switched on Workbook protection
and checked the Windows option.
