when will this problem be fixed i have been useing the sofwere for week and
it hs proved very usefull but this one little hitch is getting on my nerves
can any one help and will uninstaling it work ?? thanks

This is obviously a widespread problem. Hopefully a patch will be available
ASAP. It is a beta program and this is what happens sometimes. das

i was thinkin that it might be somethin to do with my firewall but now i here
more people are haveing the same prob and are not running norton internet
secrity hope they fix this soon it was a good pakage and this has let it down

There is one problem, your problem has not been described, except for the
title that says "no connection".
Check to make sure programs such as Outlook Express or Internet Explorer is
working online. Click File > and ensure that Work Offline is not checked.

How do you think we post these if we are working offline, Andre? Of course
we are online, everything else works.

Everybody OK now?

I had no trouble over this weekend, but did find one test-case office which
did show this symptom.

I believe this was a routing issue which is now resolved.
