No Connection to the Workgroup

Hi
I've got a problem. I cannot connect to my Workgroup. I can not share files with other Users on the network
I cannot ping the others and the others cannot ping my computer. What shell I do. I'm connected to the internet across the server
I don't know what to do
Can you help me?
