No choice for 'incremental' in Backup utility

Regardless of whether Windows' backup utility is run in advanced or wizard
modes, no choice is seen for running an 'incremental' backup operation. Am I
missing something?

The old WinNT4 backup utility was able to do incremental backups.

Command line switch offers this.
/M backup type
Specifies the backup type. It must be one of the following: normal,
copy, differential, incremental, or daily.

and the Advanced has it on the Tools, options, backup type.
