No balloon sound

Hi.

I've been using Vista for a couple of days now, and I've noticed that
there's no audible sound for taskbar notifications (balloons). I checked
Sounds in Control Panel and the event "System Notification" has the file
"Windows - Balloon.wav" correctly associated.
Is there any way around this problem?

I also have noticed this issue... I have been unable to find a workaround as
of right now. It might be fixed in SP1. If anyone finds a workaround, I would
also like to know.
