No Background Sound or stationery is sent by Outlook Express

Anyone has any idea why since I re-installed XP (sp1) Outlook Express will
not send background sound (window media files) or the stationey with the
message. It regurgitates the error message "On or more of the pictures in
this message could not be found. When you send... one or more of these
pictures will not be sent...".
