WHY DOES MY PC NOT AUTO SHUT DOWN.I AM RUNNING WINDOWS XP
ON AN FIC SD11 MOTHERBOARD WITH A AMD 751 CHIPSET.75O MHZ
AMD PROCESSOR

Don't know.

In Control Panel> Power Options, enable APM is there is an APM tab there.

In Device Manager, what is the description under "Computer"? If it says
"Standard," power management was not installed during setup.
