No auto complete in Outlook?

Hello newsgroup,

When I create a new email and put the first letter of the email adress
in the "to" box, normally all names or email adresses appear which
start with this letter. How do I activate this auto complete thing? I
always have to type the whole email adress and that annoys me.

Can anybody help me?
