I have not had any audio since I installed Windows2000
I have several devices that do not work I get an ereor
message Coed 28 drivers for this device not in installed
anyone know why.

Oh yeah, I know why.
The drivers for the device aren't loaded.

You need to find Windows 2000 device drivers, if they exist, for those
devices with the yellow exclamation mark.

win2k drivers
