No audio when burning Video DVD

I made a video project with Pinacle Studio 8 and met de following problèmes:

- When making a film on AVI format evrything seems to be allright and after
I can play the AVI direct in WMP 10 or Winamp but I'm not abel to transfer
the .avi file to an other volume (it says the destination volume (external
USB disk) has not enough free space to store the file, while there is near
100 Gb free on the disk...

-When I burn a film on DVD after burning, only the videofiles (in Video_ts)
are present but the map Audio_ts keeps empty.

For 28 minutes film the video files will take the half of the DVD space (a
little bit more than 2 Gb) but the sound files in format .wav are
representing near 8 Gb and when I use sound in mpeg (mp3) format it
reproduces an echo.

Can somebody tell me what I do wrong or how do it different so that it will
work.

My thanks

Georges Kuntz

Audio_TS hasn't been used for many years. It's supposed to be empty.

What third party application are you using to create the DVD files? What
third party application are you using to burn the DVD?
