No audio from VCR to PC

I have hooked up red white yellow rca cables from vcr to my ati theater 550
pro tv tuner card.I have captured my video using windows movie maker and that
works but there is no audio.I can hear audio from the tv but not from the PC.
Not sure how to get audio working.Any help appreciated.

I am having the same exact problem. I hope someone responds, I've spent two
days driving myself crazy trying to figure out why I can't get audio.

This is typical when using an analog connection with Movie Maker.
Sometimes you can get this type of connection to work but inconsistently.
Your best bet is to use the software that came with the capture card to
capture
the video as an MPEG file. Then convert it to AVI to use in Movie Maker.
