No Audio Device

Appreciate if someone is able to advise me how to get back my audio, probably
lost after a repair install. Everything in sounds and audio devices
properties is greyed out.

Os winxp pro. dell insp 9300
 
Visit Dell's website and download the audio drivers appropriate for your PC.
