no audio device

after i installed SP2,my audio device stopped working,no sound is working on
my laptop now.i checked sounds&audio device,and it said the audio device has
been blocked because it is known to have problems with windows, i just wanna
know how to unblock it or maybe i can do something about it.

Choose the 'roll back driver' button in device manager, properties, driver
tab.

when i click roll back driver,it says there's no driver files have been
backed up for this device,i don't know what's wrong with the thing.

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the device, Action menu,
"Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers again
automatically.
