no audio device installed

i recently got my computer back from best buy - they had to wipe it out and
reinstall windows XP home on it - now i have no audio device installed - how
do i do that?

You should contact Best Buy and ask them why they returned the system
in the condition you now have it.

What's the make and model of the PC?

I have an acer - and i will be calling Best Buy tomorrow - the color on my
computer is messed up also - my monitor is showing crazy colors now....

Hi,

Just installing XP doesnt install all the drivers especially the drivers for
the mother board, sound and display. you will have to install them
seperately after installing the OS and these drivers are specific for each
type of device. Usually these drivers will be bundled in a kit when you
purchased your computer.
