No attachments

This just started the other day. If someone sends me email that says there
is an attachment there is no attachment.
I haven't changed any of the settings and am at a loss as what has happened
or what to do.

If someone just forwards the email there still isn't any attachment.

This is really strange and frustrating.

Please help!!!
 
Did you enable attachments?
Tools > Options > Security > uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

Disable email scanning by your AV software, it provides no extra protection
and is known to cause this situation.
