No answer

When I logout from Win XP Pro it takes almost two
minutes, it´s like the system doesnt answer, whats wrong?

Something is not exiting gracefully. Here is a link to help troubleshoot

And of course, I assume you are practicing Standard Windows Operating
Procedure (SWOP) and running a current (post-2002 version using updated
definitions) antivirus program.
