No animation

Hi,

I am running XP with IE 6.0. Up until a few weeks ago
everything was working fine.

Now when I go to some sites, i.e. sites with smilies,
There is no animation.

I have tried System Restore, Disc clean up, Defrag, Talked
to Gateway and nothing works.

Anyone have any ideas?
