No Animation

When I visit sites i.e. sites with smilies on them, there
is no animation. Everything was working fine till about
a couple weeks ago.

I have tried System Restore, clean disc, Defraged, Talked
with Gateway and nothing helps fix the problem.

Funny thing, when I am on one of those sites if I right
click then hit refresh page to full quality I get
animation.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

What happened 2 weeks ago? Did you uninstall something? Install something?

Make sure there is no interference from ad-blocker firewall, or ant-virus.
