No Admistrator programs

Hi - And first off, I am pretty green at networking. Thanks for any help and
patience.
I have Widows 2000 Pro installed and need to share a patient billing and
scheduling program with 2 other computers. Wireless network is working well.
But when I follow the instructions on "How to allow Remote Users to Access
Your Network in Windows 2000, I get lost. Under Start, Programs, I am to
click Admistrator Tools, but there is no such offering. Any ideas? Thanks,
again. Em

In XP, Administrator Tools are found on the Control Panel. Sorry, I don't
know where to look on Win2000.
