No administrator rights in XP pro

My little brother has changed the users and now all the
users in XP pro are limited users. How do I get
administrator rights to a user so I can administer the PC
and be able to install things.
 
At the login screen, tap Ctrl/Alt/Del quickly twice.
You should now be able to type "Administrator" in the box and use the
password, leave blank if there is no password.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel, select the user and "Change
account type"
