No Administrator login after hibernate

I asked this question on one of the ngs a few months back but couldn't
find a solution:

I am using XPPro+SP2.

I have three non-Administrator accounts, but for some purposes I have to
login as Administrator.

Logging in as Administrator is no problem -- except when the machine has
hibernated while I was logged in as Administrator. In this case, when
the machine resumes it comes back to the Welcome screen showing the
three non-Administrator accounts but still dsplaying the words
"preparing to hibernate," and pressing C-A-D twice does *not* bring up
the screen that normally allows me to login as Administrator.

In this case I have to login using one of the non-Administrator
accounts, then Restart, but when I do so I get the warning that other
people are logged in and that data loss may occur.

How do I solve this problem?

I've seen something like this on my notebook, but it doesn't happen all
of the time. If I press the toshiba hotkey to hibernate and the suspend
key too, the computer seems to suspend before hibernating. Make sure
you are using only the core windows OS to do the task. Uninstall all
power configuration or tweaking programs related to power and try again
to see if it is one of those.

Mine is a Toshiba notebook too, but I'm not talking about deliberate
hibernation. I'm talking about situations where I leave the machine
running and it just "goes to sleep" after the predetermined interval.
