no admin account in xp pro

someone disabled the only admin account on my work
computer, so i'm left with trying to create or enable an
admin account without admin rights. i have no idea how to
do this...any ideas?
 
thanks for the link, but i don't think recovering a
password will help. i have the admin password, but the
account is disabled. i need to enable that account or
create a new admin account. the problem is that the only
account i can use is a guest account...so no admin rights.
