No Additional Mailboxes in Cached Exchange Mode?

Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 in a Windows XPsp2 environment. If Cached
Exchange Mode is enabled, users can no longer open other users folders. They
also cannot access Additional Mailboxes when Cached Exchange Mode is
enabled.

Anyone know of a workaround for this?

They should be able to access additional mailboxes, but only of course when working online against the server.
