Have had this anti-spyware beta version running for a few
weeks now, and to date it hasn't detected a single piece
of spyware, while Spybot trial version that I had on the
same machine prior to installing this MS program found
dozens a day! Why is the MS program missing every bit of
spyware?

Do not count cookies which are not detected by the current build by design.
