no Account option

I entered the wrong pop and when I go to tools there is no Account option the
options I have in tools are, spelling, requesrt read recipet, check names,
select recipents, windows contacts, windows calander, encrypt, and digitaly
sign what do I do to chane pop now that the account option is gone?

You are looking at the tools menu in a new mail message.

Look at the tools menu in the main WM Window
