No Access to OE or IE

I'm running XP Pro but the Internet Explorer & Outlook Express Icons have dissapeared from the Quick Launch Toolbar. I can still access & operate IE from "Favourites" under "My Computer" & etc. But I have no way to access OE as there are no other shortcuts or Icons on any menu. There are still OE & IE folders in the "Program Files" folder. Could somebody please tell me how to resurect them.
