no accept, decline buttons

When I send an attachment with a meeting request. I forced rich text.
Outlook 2000 with sp3 sending an Email to Outlook 2000. Exchange server 5.5.
Please help. I have forced rich text in the options, but it did not work.
I still have no accept, decline buttons when I send an attachment in a
meeting request.

Check with the Exchange administrator. If you set the recipient for
rich-text but still didn't get a valid meeting request to them, there's a
good possibility that the server is suppressing outgoing rich-text content.
