Hello,

How to sniff out on internal company network who is using nntp service?
(reader.news.uu.net) if this helps?

Using a network protocol analyzer or network 'sniffer', look for the appropriate protocol and destination ip address for the news server. Then find where the originating IP address is for the following.

Name: reader.news.uu.net
Destination Addresses: 199.171.54.213, 199.171.54.214, 199.171.54.216
